Private Investors’ 400 kW Solar Power Plant
About project
A sustainable energy project near Vilnius – a 400.4 kW ground-mounted solar power plant.
What makes this project unique is the east-west orientation of the solar modules. This solution was chosen to maximize the use of the limited site area, allowing more modules to be installed and increasing overall electricity generation.
In addition to optimizing the available space, the east-west layout provides a longer generation period throughout the day – the system starts producing electricity early in the morning and continues until late in the evening. This can be particularly beneficial for businesses that prioritize a more balanced generation profile throughout the day rather than maximum peak output.
Together with the client, we also completed the required ESO grid connection works, including the installation of a 10 kV bay in the existing distribution point.
